Akaar's jewellery is crafted using 925 hallmarked silver as the base metal and is finished with real 14k gold plating, 18k rose gold plating, or rhodium plating for a luxurious finish.

All orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) are processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on Sundays and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2–4 business days after they are placed (subject to product availability).

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes an additional 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier serviceability. Overall, customers can expect their order to arrive within approximately 4–10 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to location, logistics conditions, or unforeseen delays.

We accept returns and exchanges under specific conditions. Return or exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unused, free from scratches, dents, or signs of wear, returned in original condition, with all tags intact, and in original packaging (including box and pouch).
