Exchange & Returns Policy

At Akaar, trust is as essential as craftsmanship. Our shipping and returns policy is designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a seamless experience for every order.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Free from scratches, dents, or signs of wear
  • Returned in original condition
  • With all tags intact
  • In original packaging (including box and pouch)
  • Items that show signs of use, wear, alteration, or damage will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Slight colour differences due to screen settings or display variations
 Order Cancellation

You may request a cancellation only if your order has not yet been dispatched.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method
  • COD orders will be cancelled without any charges
 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery.

You will be required to share clear images and videos of the item to help us assess the issue. If your claim is accepted, we will send you a replacement of the same product as soon as possible.

Requests raised after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Empty Packages or Missing Products

In the rare case that you receive an empty package or your order is missing a product, please notify our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, we may request clear photo and video proof along with a 360-degree unboxing video that clearly shows:

  • The sealed package
  • The intact outer packaging
  • The package being opened
  • Failure to provide adequate visual proof or evidence of visible tampering may result in claim rejection.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure transparency in case of any dispute or missing item, we strongly recommend recording a full video while unboxing your order.

The video should clearly show:

  • The intact outer packaging
  • The sealed package before opening
  • The complete unboxing process
  • This helps us resolve any issues quickly and fairly.

Size Exchange Policy

Size exchange is applicable only for rings.

  • Exchange is allowed only once per order
  • A request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging an tags intact
  • Reverse shipping costs must be borne by the customer
  • The replacement will be shipped after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Size exchanges are not applicable for any other product categories. 

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment
  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • For COD orders, refunds (if applicable) will be issued via bank transfer.
  • Refund processing time is 7–10 business days after inspection

Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer

All photos are taken in daylight using premium studio equipment. Slight variations in colour may occur due to screen resolutions and device display differences.
